Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are unworn, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup via our shipping partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
